We have been steadily repairing an aging house and have had about 15 different service companies on our property in a year. The gentlemen who repaired and rebuilt our deck and replaced the siding are genuinely a head above the rest. They were very clear with communication, exceeded expectations on the job, and were even more affordable than the other quotes we received. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and will not use anyone else for exterior contractor work.

Great guys that worked extremely hard and it was cold and rainy. Building inspectors were always pleased. Some of the small suggestions about the trim layout made all the difference in the look. The overall quality is outstanding and the final product surpasses what we had envisioned. It s hard to find contractors that can attain this level of quality, and be on time and on budget. Plus they are super friendly. Thanks Edezio and Diego for a job well done. Can t wait to start enjoying this new space

E&S were very professional in their approach and service. They did everything they said they would do. The craftsmanship is impeccable and their price is fair for the level of service provided which is exceptional

I contracted E&S to remove my garage door and turn my garage into a game room. They exceeded my expectations on many levels. The first day I didn't know if I was going to come home to nothing started, a hole in my wall from the garage door removal, or a partially framed wall. Instead I came home to a completed wall with the door installed. Then an electrician did all the electrical work, then came the sheetrock guys, then the guys for the hardwood floors, then the painters and lastly the finishers. The room looks great and I could not be happier. One thing that really stood out is how responsive they were throughout the project.

I am please to write a review for the work that Eddy Lima did on my house. He is a very talent craftsman. He can do any job big or small. Over a ten year period he has gutted a 1960 master bathroom into a beautiful bathroom with large whirlpool bath, large walk in shower, custom cabinets, stone tile flooring. in addition he designed a guest bathroom and put in a coat closet. He shored up a ceiling that was sinking. Gutted the kitchen and installed a brand new kitchen and great room in the back of the house. Finally he put up new siding and finished off a two car garage with new wallboard and wall cabinets. I have always been impressed with his work.

I contracted for my deck to be changed from a 2 level wood deck to a one level trex deck. They finished in 2 weeks( also had rain). It looks great, even better than we expected. Our foreman Diego was a gentlemen. All employees were very professional. I highly recommend them. I have had a lot of compliments already. They just did it this spring.remrmber E&S Construction

Diego, Eddie, Lester and crew did an amazing job on our major deck and porch rebuild. The quality of the craftsmanship is top notch and the attention detail is above and beyond expectations. They communicated along the way, Lester was on the site almost everyday making sure everyone was on the same page and handling details of the project. You will not find a better team to work with in my opinion and we will definitely be using them for any future projects.
